FUNCTIONS

  • Technical support of the quality área in plant
  • Problems solving, NC management, corrective actions, preventive
  • Quality tools: five whys
  • Equipment metrology and process and product measurement
  • Follow-up of the implementation support of quality plan
  • Quality monitoring support in the rest of departments: design, manufacture
  • Administrative and documentary attention to internal departments and clients
  • Distribution of manuals, certificates …
  • Administrative attention to quality department in the management of indicators, presentations, reports and analyses
  • Support in the control of the documentation for the IOS system maintenance and certificates
  • Support in the process of nonconformities to suppliers
  • Support in the management of material or reports to clients

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Essential:

  • Technical engineering or superior grade in industrial área
  • Managing office programmes (word, excel)
  • English
  • Empathy and analytical skills


Valuable:

  • ERP (SAP R3)
  • Knowledge of metallic material, manufacture and installations
  • Knowledge and management of quality documentation
  • Desirable welding knowledge



PERSONAL ASSISTANT


FUNCTIONS

  • Visit management and coordination (hotels, agenda, meetings, guided visits arrangement for clients, rooms reservation, ….) in coordination with the enclosed to general direction
  • Elaboration of reports about customers and billing
  • Presentations for commercial meetings
  • Report expenditures elaboration
  • Elaboration of all quotations for zones assigned customer
  • Daily mailing and calls with customers
  • Direct management with the department responsible (Direct responsible) of distributors from different countries, keeping accounts and coordinating their works with all Himoinsa departments (Operations, Administration, Spare parts and Post sales)

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Essential:

  • English: C1
  • French: C1
  • Communication skills, negotiation, management and teamwork
  • Analysis skills, planning and organization


Valuable:

  • SAP R3
  • Prior experience in a similar position
